         FRAMEWORK CONTENT OF THE DESIGN WORKS
             for a complex project, all phases / all design specialities
             (services offerred by INTERCONSTRUCT and its sub-designers)

           PRELIMINARY WORKS

         1. TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
             On-site measurements, office works, coordinate inventory, landmark sketches, topographic plan drafting to scale of 1:500 and 1:200 on paper and magnetic support.

         2. GEOTECHNICAL  SURVEY
             2 ... 4 Geotechnical drillings, dynamic penetrations or electrical drillings, laboratory analyses, technical report, conclusions and recommendations, drawings with the drilling locations, geotechnical sections.

         3. PRELIMINARY DESIGN (to be analyzed and approved by the beneficiary):
           - Architectural plans (plans to the scale of 1:100) for the levels of the main building / buildings, including construction axes, general dimensions, interior subdivisions, horizontal and vertical circulations, areas of the main functional zones, built areas;
           - Principle vertical sections of the main building / buildings, including elevations, interior heights (headrooms), etc.;
           - General plan including the main building locations, the locations of the buildings corresponding to the networks, future extension possibilities, vehicle and pedestrian access ways, roads, alleys, road and pedestrian platforms, fences, gates;
           - Area assessment;
           - Description of the proposed solutions.

         4. DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING THE URBAN PLANNING CERTIFICATE, including submission to the local administration where the site is located, including:
             General technical report, representation of the building location proposals on the topographic drawings approved by the Land Registry Office and / or the land survey, building dimensions, height requirements, percentage of land occupation - P.O.T., coefficient of land use - C.U.T. that have been proposed

         5. DESIGN OF THE MAIN BUILDINGS, phases: technical documentation for obtaining the building authorization - D.T.A.C. + execution details - D.E.
             for the following design specialities:
           - Architecture
           - Structural design
           - Interior water - sewage installations
           - Interior hydrants and / or sprinkler installations
           - Interior radiator and / or underfloor heating installations
           - Interior air-conditioning installations (of the main rooms)
           - Interior ventilation installations
           - Interior electrical - heavy current installations
           - Lightning  arrester installation
           - Hazard voltage protection installation
           - Desmoking / pressurization installations

             DESIGN WORKS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE WITHIN THE PREMISES

         6. WATER SUPPLY FOR DOMESTIC UTILIZATION OR FIRE PROTECTION 
             phases:
technical documentation for obtaining the building authorization - D.T.A.C.
             + execution details - D.E.
       6.1. Consumption estimations, principle solutions for the water supply installations (from the existing water supply network or the drilled well)
       6.2. Design of deep well / wells (where necessary)
     6.2.1. Hydro and electrical installations for the well
     6.2.2. Stuctural design - well cabin
     6.2.3. Architectural design - well cabin, including drawings for obtaining the building permit
       6.3. Organization of the water supply facilities (tank 100 ... 500 c.m. + pumping station) according to the fire protection scenario developed by the specialist authorized by the Ministry of Public Works and Land Development - MLPAT, to meet C essential exigency
     6.3.1. Hydraulic and electrical installations
     6.3.2. Structural design - water tank
     6.3.3. Structural design - pumping station
     6.3.4. Architectural design - tank + pumping station, including the drawings for obtaining the building permit
       6.4. Drinking water network
       6.5. Fire protection and exterior hydrant water supply network
 
         7. DOMESTIC WASTE WATER SEWAGE SYSTEM, D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases
       7.1. Domestic waste water sewage network within the premises (including manholes)
       7.2. Oil separator, pre-cleaning station, water treatment station, water pumping station (where necessary)
     7.2.1. Hydraulic and electrical installations
     7.2.2. Structural design - underground constructions corresponding to the domestic water sewage networks
     7.2.3. Architectural design - underground constructions corresponding to the domestic water sewage networks, including drawings for obtaining the building permit
       7.3. Discharge of domestic waste water (connection): APA NOVA company or local water company design, or company authorized by the former

         8. RAIN WATER DISCHARGE, D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases
       8.1. Rain water sewage network within the premises (including manholes)
       8.2. Rain water discharge:
               - Variant 1: into the network existing in the area: APA NOVA or local company design               locală de apă - canalizare
               - Variant 2: into the retention basin, with pumping to the green spaces
       8.2.1. Hydraulic and electrical installations - pumping station
     8.2.2. Structural design - underground constructions corresponding to the rain water sewage networks
     8.2.3. Architectural design - underground constructions corresponding to the rain water sewage networks, including drawings for obtaining the building permit

         9. LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL NETWORKS,  D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases
             supply network for the consumers within the premises
             (supply of the main construction bodies, pumping stations, gates with electrical drive,
             luminous signals, etc.) excluding connection

       10. EXTERIOR LIGHTING NETWORKS,  D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases

       11. NETWORK COORDINATING PLAN, D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases

       12. VERTICAL SYSTEMATIZATION OF THE PREMISES,
             ROADWAYS AND FOOTWAYS, ROAD PLATFORMS AND PARKINGS, 
             D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases

       13. VEHICLE ACCESS RAMPS - INTO THE BUILDING BASEMENT, D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases
     13.1. Architecture - ramps, including the drawings for obtaining the building permit
     13.2. Structure - ramps
     13.3. Electrical installations - lighting and ramp signalling
     13.4. Installations for the rain water discharge

       14. FENCES, CAR AND PEDESTRIAN GATES,
             for the access to the site, D.T.A.C. + D.E. phases

             DEVELOPMENT OF DOCUMENTATIONS FOR OBTAINING PERMITS,
             APPROVALS AND AUTHORIZATION:

       15. DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATIONS FOR OBTAINING
             THE PERMITS AND APPROVALS:

       16. DEVELOPMENT OF THE TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING
             THE BUILDING AUTHORIZATION,
             based on the above-mentioned projects and permits to which the documentations developed by the designers authorized to develop speciality works, by experts and verifiers attested by the Ministry of Public Works and Land Development - MLPAT and the documentations with a legal-administrative character provided by the beneficiary are added.

             POST - DESIGN WORKS

       17. AUTHOR’S CONTROL during execution, starting from the setting out of the buildings up to the reception of the objective

       18. ASSISTANCE - FOR THE SELECTION OF THE CONTRACTORS, MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT SUPPLIERS

       19. ASSISTANCE - FOR THE SELECTION OF THE MAIN FINISHING MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT

       20. ASSISTANCE - FOR MINOR MODIFICATIONS, AS A RESULT OF UNEXPECTED SITUATIONS

             NOTE:  The above-mentioned framework content is not restrictive; it can be enlarged or reduced according to the existing technical conditions, the requirements of the beneficiaries or authorizing body.

             SPECIALITY DOCUMENTATIONS AND STUDIES, VERIFICATIONS, EXPERT REPORTS
             THAT WILL BE DEVELOPED BY SPECIALIZED FIRMS, VERIFIERS,
             EXPERTS  ATTESTED BY MLPAT, ETC., that are not included in the framework content

           - Urban planning designs: Urban Zone Planning - P.U.Z. or Detail Urban Planning - P.U.D.
           - Connections: electricity, water - sewage, gases, phone, TV, internet, etc.
           - Fire protection scenario
           - Hydrogeological survey and documentation for obtaining the authorization from the
             Romanian Water Authority
           - Environment documentations, impact study, documentation for obtaining the authorization from
             the environmental protection authority
           - Designs for the connection to the roads outside the premises, traffic studies, documentations
             for obtaining the approval of the Road Police Brigade, Traffic Fluency Commission,
             National Road Administration
           - Technical expert surveys, developed by MLPAT - attested experts
           - Documentation verifications, carried out by MLPAT - attested design verifiers
