 1. INTERCONSTRUCT LTD is a Romanian Company established in 1991
and registered with the Bucharest Office of the Commercial Register
under no. J 40 / 6544 / 1991.
2. FIELD OF ACTIVITY
INTERCONSTRUCT LTD is a company specialized in all kinds of activities related to architectural and town planning design, research and construction project evaluation, such as:
- Development of technical and economic studies and feasibility studies;
- Development of urban planning and territory development studies and projects;
- Design of road infrastructure and utility networks;
- Design, at the execution and detail levels, of civil, industrial and agricultural constructions;
- Development of interior design-restoration projects for the existing Architect CAIUS FILIMON,
spaces - shops, restaurants, offices, banks, company offices, residential General Manager
buildings, etc;
- Interior design, furniture design, ambient elements, decorations, logos and advertising boards and advertisements;
- Commercial, hotel and public alimentation technology;
- Advertisement and publicity services;
- Intermediation services with the contractors and finishing, installation, furniture, ambient elements, decorations, advertising boards, special equipment suppliers;
- Development of the documentation necessary for obtaining the town planning certificates, permits and agreements and construction authorizations;
- Technical assistance during the construction-mounting works up to the final reception.
3. COMPANY ORGANIZATION
Our specialists - architects, structural engineers, installation and road design engineers, economists, technologists - who have previously worked in the design and research institutes in the construction field, are excellently prepared and have acquired a rich experience. In their capacity as project coordinators or participants, they have participated in the development of utmost important projects in our country and abroad whose objectives were building of residential, commercial, socio-cultural or industrial constructions.
Through its own personnel or in cooperation with specialists from other companies in the field or from higher education institutions, INTERCONSTRUCT has approached projects and diverse works of great complexity, ensuring the performance and quality demanded by the customers.
We always carry out our works at the established date and have very short terms in carrying out the projects our clients have commissioned us, in the conditions of the highest professionalism.

- INTERACTIVE Communications Technologies & Industries - for the design of telecommunication networks (phone, tele-banking, teleshopping, computer, cable TV, integrated alarm systems).
4. COMPANY OFFICES, SUBSCRIBED CAPITAL
The offices of the INTERCONSTRUCT Company are located in the central area of the capital and are private property.
The subscribed capital was of lei 50 million - in 2000 - and the total capital in January 2009 exceeded lei 4 billion, represented by office equipment, materials and special equipment, liquidities in bank accounts and investments.
